今回のフラグ緩和では、
PoRまでのゾーンにある一定のレベルに達すればフラグなしで入れるようになりました。 もちろん、フラグのシステムは残っているので、レベルに
達しなくてもフラグを取得する事で入れるようになります。 ゾーン及び最低必要なレベルは以下のとおりです。
